RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Our hope is for you to use and love any product from Daily Dose Co. If for any reason something isn’t the right fit for you returns will be accepted as long as they follow our return eligibility guidelines.
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In the same condition as it was received in
- Inserts must be un-opened and in original packaging
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return please contact us at: hello@dailydoseco.com.
In the email please include:
- Order Number
- Item(s) wished to be returned
Once returned is approved we will provide instructions on sending the items back.
Please note we do not provide return shipping labels and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dailydoseco.com.
In the email please include:
- Order Name
- Photos of damaged items
- Photos of packaging
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
As each banking institution is different please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
